SUMMARY
As Regional Sales Coordinator your job is to support the Sales Directors in building quotes and closing deals. Day-to-day work will range from communicating with vendors and venues to gathering and saving down important information; and, preparing contracts for Sales Directors’ review. This job is a project-based position. It is essential to be excited to talk about teambuilding events, detail-oriented; and, have strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the event sale.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Admin & Support
  • Create first drafts of proposals and contracts for Sales Directors’ review and approval
  • Support prospecting efforts by researching companies, identifying key contacts, and adding them to outbound sequences or targeted campaign lists
  • Research the existing client database to identify opportunities where client office locations align with Volo market cities, flagging potential cross-sell or expansion opportunities for the sales team.

Inbound Lead Support
  • Manage inbound leads and respond to general inquiries to qualify and then route to the appropriate Sales Director
  • Take first calls with prospective clients to identify their needs and set them up with the right sales relationship manager
  • Update Hubspot CRM with relevant client and event information

Vendor & Venue Communications
  • Work between vendors, the venue and the sales team to ensure accurate event quotes are shared and contracts are built. The focus here is often pricing confirmations and a thorough understanding of experiences being offered by vendors
  • Potential opportunity to lead walkthroughs with clients when ready to discuss event details
  • Join calls with sales team to resource operational questions and help formulate the scope and structure of custom events as needed
