A leading surgical hospital in Winona, Minnesota is seeking to expand its team with the addition of a Surgical First Assist, CSFA or RNFA to join their team. Full benefits offered with salaried role and PTO.
Position Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday. 1:4 weekend call schedule
- Surgical Time: 25-35 hours per week.
- Responsibilities: First assist duties within general robotics, laparoscopic, neurosurgery, orthopedics and plastic surgery. Ability to train in specific specialties
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 based on experience. 1-2k quarterly bonus structure.
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 1 year of robotics experience.
