Orthopedic Spine PA or NP/RNFA - Surgery Only

Surgical PA-C or NP/RNFA | Ortho Spine | Glendale, AZ

Step out of clinic and into the OR full time. No call, no weekends, no clinic, no orders, no rounding. You’ll spend your days in the operating room assisting neurosurgeons and orthopedic spine surgeons on open and minimally invasive procedures. The group is seeking an experienced PA-C or NP/RNFA who is passionate about surgery and enjoys being in the OR, and they offer a clear path into management or directorship, with compensation that grows alongside your responsibility.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, approximately 30-35 hours per week
• No call and no weekends
• Some days you’ll be done before 1pm

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed base salary, negotiable based on experience
• $15,000 sign-on bonus
• Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $8k per year

What You’ll Do

• Assist on ortho spine cases, including ACDF, PSF, microdiscectomy, laminectomy, XLIF, and TLIF. No cranial work.
• Provide retraction and suction, place pedicle screws, place and adjust rods, and close fascia and deep tissue layers
• Work under the microscope

What You Bring

• Arizona PA or NP/RNFA license, or eligibility to obtain one
• At least 1 year of ortho spine or neuro first assisting experience
