This position requires 40-50 hours per week, but comes with high reward! $100,000 - $189,000 annually is common and very possible.

5 day workweek! CLOSED Sundays

Client Advisor / Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

• Initiating and maintaining relationships with customers through outbound sales activities
• Taking customers through a thorough needs analysis, making suitable product recommendations and organizing test drives
• Negotiating deals with customers
• Accurately logging activities on the internal lead management system
• Generating leads for our F&I managers
• Delivering sold vehicles personally to ensure quality service and to generate referrals
• Conducting business development and networking activities to generate sales
• Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.

Client Advisor / Sales Consultant Requirements:

• Prior automotive sales experience preferred.
• Self-driven and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience generating and/or building a loyal client base highly regarded.
• Knowledge of current trends and news, plus a strong desire to learn more and do more.

Previous auto sales associate experience is preferred but not required for this position. Those with experience in real estate, banking, military, account executive, financial services, mortgage, customer service and restaurant industries have proven to be very successful when switching careers to automotive sales.

Qualified applicants will have a professional appearance, previous work experience WHERE THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SALES, a willing attitude and positive outgoing demeanor, strong social skills, and a valid driver's license (max one minor infractions). College or trade school experience is recommended. High-energy, positive individuals with strong verbal communication skills WILL succeed as a Client Advisor / Sales Associate at Volkswagen Lee's Summit.
