Role Description
Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, this role supports revenue growth through HubSpot CRM administration, lead management, pipeline visibility, and sales process execution.
You’ll help ensure opportunities move efficiently by managing lead routing, maintaining data integrity, supporting pipeline reporting, and assisting Sales Engineers with campaigns and follow-ups.
This is a highly execution-focused role with exposure to business development, sales operations, and light accounting support (order setup, invoicing, and reporting).
Ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working within CRM systems to support a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications
· 3–5 years in inside sales, sales operations, or revenue operations in a support role (industrial/manufacturing preferred).
· Working experience supporting HubSpot Sales Hub (pipelines, workflows, dashboards).
· Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data maintenance.
· Experience supporting technical or engineered sales processes with multiple stakeholders.
· Organized, detail-oriented communicator comfortable reinforcing defined processes.
· Experience supporting outside rep, OEM, or integrator networks.
· Light exposure to ERP/accounting workflows and CRM coordination.
