We do not offer relocation or housing assistance.Our VIP is for undergraduate students majoring in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering Technology. Our program is offered during the summer but may also be considered throughout fall or spring semester depending on office needs and resources. What you’ll be doing:Explore our industry and the field you are majoring inLearn systems, processes, and best practices Receive a project assignment or job duties that are related to your majorLearn business and office etiquetteUnderstand safety procedures when in the fieldPresent your project or experience to leadership at the end of your internshipWhat you need to have:Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate studentMinimum of Sophomore standing is recommendedHigh school graduate with Freshman standing may be considered if involved in a STEM or leadership programHave a cumulative 2.50 undergraduate GPABe enrolled in a degree seeking program related to a degree field below:Civil EngineeringStructural EngineeringConstruction Management Civil Engineering TechnologyPreference to work 40 hours per week (plus overtime, if necessary)At a minimum, 30 hours per week during the summerHours may vary during the spring or fall semesterAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
