Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, dispatch areas, driver lounges, restrooms and showers, and break rooms
- Sweep, mop, scrub, vacuum, and maintain office floors and common areas
- Empty trash, recycling, and designated disposal containers
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Replenish restroom and breakroom supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of entryways and hallways
- Report safety hazards, spills, or facility maintenance issues promptly
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and properly
Skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (buffers, vacuums, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling and cleaning techniques
- Good communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
