Bilingual Web/Universal Human Relevance System Data Analyst role
for the German language!
The Job:
- Multi-/Bilingual Web/Universal Human Relevance System (UHRS) Data Analyst position (ENGLISH & GERMAN).
- Entry level position with on-the-job training.
- Fully Remote – work from home or your preferred location.
- Currently hiring for a part-time position, but likely to become full-time.
- For a part-time position, must be available to work minimum between 10 am-2 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday (4 hours a day).
- For a full-time position, must be available to work between 9 am-5 pm Pacific Standard Time.
- Must be flexible with hours. For this position, we are seeking candidates with the flexibility to work between 80-160 hours a month. Ideally, candidates are available to work at least 4 hours a day (Pacific Standard Time Zone), but varies depending on projects.
- Must be flexible with training hours for the first few weeks.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work on different kinds of tools which include UHRS.
- Understand, monitor, review, track, analyze and evaluate data generated by your language team on the UHRS platform.
- Respond and react to changing priorities quickly and efficiently.
- Be highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Understand data, relationships between data sets, and be able to identify and explain recommendations for improvement.
- Communicate insights and provide solutions.
- Monitor performance trends and quality of data.
- Research information for various entities, tools, and data.
- Interpret data and turn it into information that can offer ways to improve a project.
- Take batches of data, to label and manipulate according to the project requirements.
- Work closely with other teams on multiple projects to present data quality metrics & to identify new attributes.
- Own the quality of all data and work on proactively identifying issues.
Key Skills:
- Good oral and written communication language skills: Fluent in English and German is a must (prefer native or near-native German speakers)
- Awareness of German culture to understand and prioritize tasks.
- The ideal person should also be fluent in spoken English as well as German, and also understand how people talk commonly in the workplace, at home, and in the street, and also have good writing skills.
- Candidate should possess good logical and analytical skills to judge the data while being able to give reasoning.
- Good time management and great interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Sharp cognitive skills to focus on the task at hand.

- This role requires decision-making skills when it comes to the evaluation of data and the performance of others on the UHRS platform.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Multi-/Bilingual (English and German): Fluent in English and German (prefer native or near-native German speakers)
- Awareness of German culture is imperative.
- Associate degree/ certification in
IT/Marketing/Statistics/Communication/Research/Computer Science or similar fields (Preferred, but not required.)
- Excellent computer skills, especially typing and writing.
- Previous data mining and analysis experience preferred.
- Proven Ability to work effectively with different people.
- Experience in quality management preferred.
- Experience with the UHRS platform is a plus!
Work Authorization:
- Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.
