As a Hand Solder Technician, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality assemblies that meet demanding customer and industry standards. If you enjoy working with your hands, pay close attention to detail, and take pride in workmanship, this role is a great fit.What You’ll DoPerform detailed soldering work under a microscope with precision and consistency.Read and interpret blueprints, parts lists, and related manufacturing documents (MAIs, ECOs/ECNs).Implement complex engineering changes with minimal supervision.Ensure all work meets strict quality standards and customer expectations.Manage each project from start to finish, collaborating with other team members as needed.What We’re Looking For3–5 years of hands-on electronics assembly experience.Proven skills in soldering and assembly—IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications are a plus.Familiarity with ISO 9000 or AS9100 quality systems.SMT (Surface Mount Technology) experience is a bonus.Ability to read and write English clearly.Must be a U.S. Person (per export compliance regulations).Physical and Vision RequirementsAbility to move freely within the work area and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.Annual eye exam required due to the precision nature of soldering and inspection tasks.Why Join UsYou’ll be part of a team that values skill, precision, and pride in quality craftsmanship.
