Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• 1 years of proven experience as a General Manager in a high-volume Harley-Davidson, RV, Powersports, Marine or Automotive New Car Dealership with 4 years in a high-volume supervisory position (SM/GSM).
• Knowledge and experience with Harley-Davidson are preferred but not required.
• Can effectively manage both people and processes.
• Experience with staffing, training, motivating, volume sales, counseling, team building, low turnover and monitoring department managers.
• Strong computer skills.
