Job Description
Sales Representatives are responsible for ensuring all our groups, birthday parties and cabana parties have an excellent experience while visiting Wet n Wild. Representatives will be in charge of greeting cabana parties and escorting the party to their cabana. Sales Reps will also serve as the main point-of-contact for group sales customers. Other duties include resolving customer complaints and assisting with monitoring the quality of the customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as the primary point-of-contact for customers to obtain price estimates, book cabanas, generate contracts, book reservations, resolve complaints, or perform other similar duties.
- Actively selling cabanas and group events
- Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance Wet n Wild’s capacity to meet established sales goals.
- Establishing and maintaining trust and rapport with clients throughout the selling process and on the day of the group outing
- Ensures customer satisfaction by analyzing complaints, concerns, and suggestions.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School Graduate
- Must be 16 years or older
- Interest in sales or marketing

- Good time management and organizational skills
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
