What You’ll Do

As the Site Superintendent, you’ll be the field cornerstone for safety, coordination, and project execution — overseeing low-voltage and technology scopes from concept to completion. You’ll collaborate with internal project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every milestone is met on time, within budget, and with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site operations while promoting a safety-first culture and ensuring full compliance with company and industry standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors on low-voltage technology installations, including telecom, networking, access control, CCTV, and audio/visual systems.

• Manage all field documentation: RFIs, ASCs, CCDs, daily reports, job walk notes, and as-built drawings.

• Conduct job walks and constructability reviews with clients, GCs, and subcontractors.

• Review and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with general contractor timelines.

• Proactively identify challenges, implement solutions, and communicate effectively across all stakeholders.

• Mentor and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence while embodying company values.

• Support mock-ups, field testing, and commissioning efforts to guarantee full system functionality and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with project management on milestone tracking, progress billing, and cost control.

• Contribute to companywide initiatives, training programs, and continuous improvement practices.

Who You Are

You are a hands-on leader who commands respect in the field, values precision, and builds positive relationships with everyone on-site — from clients to subcontractors. You thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about using technology to enhance construction efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in construction field supervision (low-voltage or technology projects preferred).

• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, safety protocols, and field coordination.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction documentation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure — including fiber, copper, LAN/WAN, and wireless systems.

• Familiarity with nurse call, access control, CCTV, and DAS systems (healthcare experience is a plus).

• Ability to lead teams with confidence, clarity, and accountability.

• Comfortable working on active job sites in full PPE and managing multiple subcontractors simultaneously.
