Position Overview:
The Dispatcher/CSR will be responsible for managing incoming customer calls, scheduling plumbing service appointments, coordinating technician routes, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls and schedule appointments.
- Coordinate technician dispatch and optimize daily routes.
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates to customers.
- Maximize appointment booking rates and technician utilization.
- Manage customer follow-ups, service confirmations, and scheduling changes.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's field service management platform.
- Support customer retention and service agreement opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years of dispatching or customer service experience.
- Plumbing, HVAC, restoration, or home services experience preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar software preferred.
