Responsibilities
- As General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the branch, responsible for performance, culture, and market growth.
- Strategic & Financial Leadership
- Full ownership of Revenue and EBITDA performance
- Drive sales forecasting, profitability, and margin improvement
- Analyze financial performance and implement growth strategies
- Maintain contract integrity and minimize risk exposure
- Operational Excellence
- Lead DFH distribution and service operations
- Ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Project Management, and Production
- Oversee change order management and operational efficiency
- Foster continuous improvement and best-practice implementation
- Team Leadership & Culture Building
- Build and lead high-performing teams
- Mentor Project Managers and department leaders
- Develop succession plans and invest in staff development
- Create a unified, accountable, performance-driven culture
- Market & Client Leadership
- Serve as the face of the organization in the Tacoma market
- Strengthen relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, and vendors
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion
Qualifications
- 10 years in the Door, Frame & Hardware (Division 8/10/28) industry
- Background in Operations and Project Management
- Proven P&L ownership experience
- Strong leadership presence and executive communication skills
- Financial acumen and analytical mindset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license

Pay range and compensation package
- Base Salary: $175,000 – $210,000 (DOE)
