- Screen, evaluate, and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment programs
- Design effective treatment plans and establish functional goals
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence in daily living skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident outcomes
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use
- Complete accurate and timely documentation and billing
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure in Oregon or eligibility for licensure
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and collaboration skills
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
