What You'll Do

Implement individualized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals

Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living

Teach and support use of adaptive equipment to promote independence

Facilitate therapeutic activities that improve function and engagement

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident progress

Complete accurate and timely documentation

Provide patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting
Qualifications

Current Oregon Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving ability and clinical judgment

Ability to collaborate effectively with facility staff and residents

Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
