About The Role
We’re seeking a dedicated Registered Dietitian to join our interdisciplinary care ohana. In this role, you’ll provide medical nutrition therapy to long-term care and rehabilitation residents with a range of medical needs. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Ensure nutritional services meet regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with clinical teams to monitor and adjust residents' nutrition and hydration plans
- Support orientation and training for Nutrition Services managers
- Provide expert consultation and in-service education on nutritional care
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- 3 years of experience in long-term care or a related setting (preferred)
- Strong clinical and administrative skills in Dietetics
- Proven leadership and team collaboration abilities
