Compensation: Starting at $33–$40 per hour

Schedule

• Full-time, Part-time, and PRN/On-Call shifts available

What You’ll Do

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist

• Collaborate with nursing and facility staff to support resident goals

• Track progress and ensure quality outcomes

• Maintain strong documentation and communication

• Contribute to a positive and team-focused environment

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Louisiana or graduate of an approved PTA program or actively working toward licensure

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Dedication to providing compassionate, resident-centered care
