- Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and pain management

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote progress and independence
- Accurately complete documentation and billing in a timely manner
- Licensed in Oregon or a graduate of an approved Physical Therapist program or actively working toward licensure
- Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program
- Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare environment preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
