Compensation: $140,000 (Salaried) Sign on bonus!

Position Summary
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day operations of the facility. This role ensures regulatory compliance, financial performance, high-quality resident care, and a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is a confident leader with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional resident outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee all facility operations, including admissions, marketing, financial management, and strategic planning

Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations

Lead and mentor department heads and staff to promote teamwork and accountability

Maintain high standards of resident care, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction

Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue while maintaining quality outcomes

Maintain the physical plant and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and staff

Serve as a positive representative to residents, families, surveyors, and community partners
Qualifications

Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in the State
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Strong knowledge of administrative management, human relations, and healthcare operations

Solid computer and technology skills

Ability to travel occasionally, including overnight stays

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies

Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and reference verification
Required Experience

Completion of an Administrator-in-Training (AIT) program or prior experience as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator

Minimum of one year of relevant leadership experience
