- Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) partnership
- Experienced Administrator and Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) collaboration
Clinical Operations & Staffing Support
- Dedicated Staff Development Coordinator to help support staff education, training, and clinical competency
- Clinical scheduler to assist with staffing coordination and reduce administrative burden
- Dedicated clinical recruiter focused on supporting hiring
Regional & Executive Support
- Regional Clinical Partner providing ongoing hands-on clinical guidance and support, actively traveling to all facilities to provide direct on-site support, coaching, and assistance when needed
- Chief Nursing Officer providing ongoing hands-on clinical leadership and support

What You’ll Do
- Oversee all nursing operations in a skilled nursing facility
- Lead, coach, and develop nursing leadership and staff
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Drive quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership teams
- Improve resident outcomes and care delivery systems
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered RN license (required)
- BSN preferred
- 3 years of DON or nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing / long-term care preferred
- Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, survey readiness, and clinical operations
- Proven ability to lead nursing teams and improve quality outcomes
