The Senior Sourcing Specialist develops and maintains robust pipelines of qualified and diverse talent to support both niche and high-volume recruiting needs across the organization. This role serves as a strategic partner to recruiters and hiring managers by executing proactive sourcing strategies that ensure a steady flow of top candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Key responsibilities include leading sourcing campaigns using a blend of advanced research, web-based platforms, social networks, talent databases, and community-based outreach. The Senior Sourcing Specialist also represents the organization at job fairs, invitation-only events, career information sessions, and professional presentations to strengthen the employer brand and connect with high-potential talent.
This position collaborates closely with recruiting teams to identify current and future hiring needs, support targeted recruitment initiatives, and refine sourcing approaches that align with workforce diversity, inclusion, and operational goals. Success in this role requires innovative thinking, exceptional networking skills, and the ability to translate market intelligence into actionable sourcing strategies.
Requirements
Education/ Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Behavioral Sciences, Communications, Marketing or Human Resources.
Four (4) years of high volume pipeline recruitment with at least 4 years of grass roots sourcing strategy implementation with the demonstrated specialization of at least 2 years of diversity recruitment, military recruitment and/or employment branding required. Bilingual fluency in English and at least one other defined language is required for specific roles.
