Summary:The Lean Six Sigma Intern will support the Products & Services North America team in identifying and implementing process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to learn and apply critical skills in process analysis, problem-solving, and project management within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement within the manufacturing operations.
- Participate in root cause analysis and problem-solving sessions.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvement plans.
- Monitor and report on project progress and results.
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
