Manager, Manufacturing Supply & Control

Summary – The Manager of Manufacturing Supply and Control ensures effective production to complete projects within schedule and budget, while prioritizing safety and quality.
Responsibilities –
- Establish targets for manufacturing, sourcing, and quality to ensure timely delivery.
- Plan functional workload to ensure priorities are aligned and adhered.
- Create and monitor recovery plans that involve multiple functions to ensure float recovery and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze drawings, inspection test planes, and work orders to suggest alternative manufacturing solutions based on machine effectivity and schedule compliance.
- Develop real-time technical solutions to resolve manufacturing challenges, whether they arise internally or externally.
- Maintain ongoing communication with the organization to drive schedule adherence and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with technical inquiries concerning outsourced components.
- Ensure complete delivery of all manufactured components to site.
- Develop and maintain schedule transparency within the Company.
- Provide schedules and plans when requested by Customers, submitted via Project Management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Recommended 2 years’ experience in engineering, manufacturing process planning, project scheduling, or project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Primavera (P6), SAP
- Experience in custom product manufacturing flow
- Understanding of Float Management, Capacity Planning
