About the Role
- Provide technical solutions via phone, email, and in-person.
- Collection of project information from owners, engineers, and customers.
- Project management.
- Preview, review, and prepare quotes to meet customers' specification requirements.
- Pump System Design / Design support.
- Light travel - factory training offsite.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; or 2 years of work experience in a similar field.
Required Skills
- Advanced computer skills.
- Mechanical aptitude is required.
- Excellent communication/customer service skills are a must.
- Preferred knowledge of applying rotating equipment.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven work environment.
- Attention to detail.
