We’re currently hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) with immediate openings for 1st and 2nd shift ( 9-am-5pm and 6pm-10pm)— offering both full-time and part-time opportunities to fit your schedule.
What You'll Do
As a PCA, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities by assisting with:
- Personal care needs
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Meal preparation
- Running errands
Pay
- Starting rate: $13.30/hour
- Higher pay available for CNAs, LPNs, and RNs
Who We’re Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to pass background checks (Act 33/34, FBI, MA fraud check) — we cover the cost!
- Willing to complete paid QuantiFERON TB test and 2-day new hire training
- Prior experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus — but not required!
