Spanish consecutive Interpreter

This is a contract-based, remote role for a Spanish Consecutive Interpreter. The Interpreter will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking individuals during various interactions, such as virtual meetings, phone calls, or conferences. Primary tasks include accurately rendering spoken communication in real-time, providing cultural competency, and ensuring confidentiality in sensitive settings. The role may involve collaborating with clients in sectors such as healthcare, education, legal, or government.

• Strong expertise in Medical Interpretation and Language Services
• Proficiency in Simultaneous Interpretation and Consecutive Interpreting
• Experience with Translation and general Interpreting
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with advanced proficiency in both written and spoken forms
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural awareness
• Certifications in interpretation and/or translation, such as CMI, CHI, or equivalent credentials, are preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards
• Reliable access to a computer and a stable internet connection to perform remote work effectively
