This is much more than a front desk position. Our Guest Relations Representatives are the heart of our salon and med spa, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Answer incoming phone calls and manage appointment scheduling
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Process retail and service transactions accurately
- Promote salon, spa, and med spa services
- Recommend retail products and gift cards
- Maintain an organized, clean, and inviting reception and boutique area
- Support daily salon operations and service providers
- Assist with merchandising and inventory
- Help create an exceptional guest experience every day
What We're Looking For

Previous hospitality, retail, concierge, medical office, or front desk experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
