What You'll Do

You'll provide customized skincare treatments while educating guests on treatment plans and home care recommendations that help them achieve long-term results.

Services include:

• Luxury Facials
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical Peels
• Microneedling (preferred)
• Brow & Lash Services
• Waxing
• Medical-Grade Skincare Consultations
• Retail Recommendations
• Treatment Planning

Experience with Laser Hair Reduction and Laser Skin Rejuvenation is a plus but not required.

What We're Looking For

Required

• Current Delaware Esthetician License
• Minimum 2 years of professional esthetics experience
• Strong consultation and guest communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Passion for skincare and continued education
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
• Comfortable recommending professional skincare and treatment plans

Preferred

• Experience with ZO Skin Health
• HydraFacial experience
• SkinPen Microneedling
• Chemical Peel Certifications
• Brow & Lash Services
• Retail sales experience
• Medical spa experience

Schedule

Full-Time
Monday–Friday
Flexible between 9:00 AM–7:00 PM

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus bonus opportunities.
