Primary role:
As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for feeding linens through an industrial ironer, catching linens, assisting with flat folding and willing to learn various duties of the department.
Requirements:
You must meet the following requirements:
18 years or older
- Able to pass a drug test
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job on a daily regular basis.
Ability to safely:
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Operate hand controls such as buttons
- Bend, stoop, twist, reach, push and pull, carry, lift in combination with twisting, lift up to 25 lbs and more
- Push carts weighing 200-400 lbs
- Tilt neck backward and look upward
- Adjust to changing environments, conditions, factors and must be flexible
- Work in a fast-paced environment
- Work, speak & hear in loud environments
- Wear the proper PPE for the task, follow safety rules, and procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Compensation and Benefits:
