Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on RV systems, including:
- Electrical (12V and 120V)
- Plumbing and water systems
- Propane systems - LP certified is a plus
- HVAC systems
- Awnings, and leveling systems
- Roofs, windows, and structural components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
- Install aftermarket parts and accessories (e.g., solar panels, tow packages, satellite systems, lithium upgrades)
- Maintain accurate work orders and service records
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers about work performed and repair recommendations
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Keep a clean and organized work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school a plus
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in RV repair or similar mechanical/technical field (automotive, HVAC, marine, etc.)
- Knowledge of RV systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and schematics
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
- RVIA/RVDA certification is a plus but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Ability to crouch, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable with heights
