We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to lead sales growth across the Mid-Atlantic region for fantastic manufacturer with a great reputation in the Commercial and Industrial HVAC space. This role focuses on managing independent rep partners and driving specification-based sales within the new construction channel.


You’ll act as the regional sales leader—owning partner performance, developing market strategy, and serving as a technical resource to engineers, contractors, and distributors. If you thrive in a technical, relationship-driven sales environment and enjoy influencing projects early in the design cycle, this is a strong opportunity to make an impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Own and grow revenue across a defined multi-state territory
  • Manage and develop relationships with independent manufacturer rep firms
  • Drive product specification with engineers, architects, and contractors
  • Deliver technical presentations, lunch & learns, and field training sessions
  • Identify and execute strategies to increase market share and close rates
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline activity through CRM tools
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and marketing teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and regional opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners and internal stakeholders


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or related field preferred)
  • 3 years of experience in HVAC, air movement, or technical sales
  • Proven success working through manufacturer rep channels
  • Experience driving new construction specifications
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to communicate to both engineers and non-technical audiences
  • Experience reading building plans and equipment schedules is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline
  • Self-driven, competitive, and comfortable in a performance-based environment

Salary : $90,000 - $105,000
