Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business & Corporate Law Attorney to join our growing team in our Bismarck office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney to build a practice in a collaborative and client-focused environment. We welcome local and out-of-state applicants with strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a wide range of business and corporate law matters, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, governance, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Draft and negotiate business agreements, corporate documents, and other related contracts.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to business owners, executives, and stakeholders.
- Represent clients in business-related transactions, dispute resolution, and regulatory matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative legal solutions for business clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the North Dakota State Bar, or eligibility for admission.
- Experience or strong interest in business and corporate law.
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
