Primary Duties:
- Physical and administrative handling of stock received
- Review and completion of administrative tasks within the logistics department via ERP application.
- Supervision and control of the reclamation process of goods, internally and externally.
- Managing the logistical portion of the reclamation processes in the quality management system.
- Control of all inventories.
- Performs Cycle Counts
- Follows all guidelines set forth in our 5s training
- Must be able to complete all functions for shipping material to all Customers
- Preparation of goods for trucking.
- Goods shipment and intercompany transportation.
- Forklift operation and safety inspection.
- Preparation and reviewing of incoming customs documents.
- Optimization of the Logistics processes in relation to quality, profitability and efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience – High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED); and three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills – to perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of manufacturing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – able to attain and maintain forklift license.
Other Qualifications
Any experience in the following industries is a plus: metals, steel, aerospace parts, casting or forging. General management or operational experience helpful. Knowledge of budgeting, planning, cost accounting and internal controls. Ability to assess risk and balance cost with benefits. Ability to comprehend broad business issues and accomplish objectives through others.
