Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate damage to properties and recommend appropriate restoration solutions.
- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes effectively.
- Execute fire damage restoration and smoke removal procedures.
- Conduct mold remediation and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain and operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in restoration preferred.
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and on-call hours.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the restoration industry.
