Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assist technicians on water, mold, and fire jobs
- Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
- Ensure work is performed according to company and IICRC standards
- Complete daily job documentation, equipment logs, and job notes
- Perform carpet, tile, and specialty cleaning services as needed
- Manage equipment setup, monitoring, and breakdown on job sites
- Train new technicians and promote team safety and professionalism
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Basic computer and mobile device proficiency
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- IICRC certifications (CCT, WRT, AMRT, or others) are a plus
