💰 Compensation (Performance-Based)

• $100 per standard estimate
• $150–$250 per complex loss
• 10% on approved supplements (big money here)

🔥 What You’ll Actually Do

• Write accurate Xactimate estimates from photos, notes, and scopes
• Identify missed line items and write supplements that get approved
• Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters
• Manage files from first draft → approval
• Keep documentation clean and defensible
  
  
  

✅ YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF:

• You’ve written hundreds of Xactimate estimates
• You know how to beat carrier pushback professionally
• You understand drying, demo, and rebuild scopes
• You don’t need hand-holding or constant follow-up
• You care about getting the FULL claim approved
