We have an existing Restoration franchise and need a GM with the IICRC and AMRT certs that wants equity in the business. It is both a restoration and carpet cleaning business and Owner/GM would operate it as if it's their own business.
We are willing to be highly flexible on the terms of the involvement of the new Owner/GM. Most important thing is a dedication to the success of the business and taking personal ownership of the responsibilities.
The business has made numerous inroads that can be pursued. Two options, sweat equity or you can potentially take over entirely from day one, also willing to entertain if you have initial capital and we self-finance you for the balance. You will need the capital to hire at least one additional employee. The business is decently established and has various valuable ties in the community.

Restoration business related certifications* such as WRT, CCT, IICRC and AMRT are certs that you either must be familiar with or currently have. - Oversee daily operations of the business unit including effective management of resources, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals, focusing on operational efficiency and revenue growth.
- Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry professionals to enhance service offerings and business development.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports; implement strategies to reduce costs and maximize profitability.
- Provide leadership, training, and guidance to staff; fostering a productive work environment and promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Years of proven experience in a managerial role within the cleaning and restoration industry.
- Current IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification) certifications.
- WRT, AMRT, ASD (optional)
- Strong understanding of business management, operational processes, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to lead crews of technicians.
- Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortability in creating Xactimate estimates.
- Ability to learn and work within various technologies.
- Ability to work in the field when needed.
