Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, adapting interventions to individual needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with school staff and families
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with state and district requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to support holistic student development
- Provide both direct and consultative services onsite (virtual options may be available)
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy accordingly to maximize student outcomes
