School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Davison, Michigan

This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP – CCC) who thrives working with both middle and high school students. Provide services to a diverse population while enjoying the option to work onsite or virtually near Davison, MI. The position involves one dedicated day per week, covering approximately 12 hours and serving two schools on the same campus. You'll work closely with six middle school and six high school students, making a direct difference in their educational journeys by fostering their speech and language growth.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP – CCC) required
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably with both MS and HS students
• Comfortable managing a caseload across two schools on the same campus
• Ability to provide both in-person and virtual services
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Flexible approach, able to adapt to student and district needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech-language therapy for 12 students (6 MS, 6 HS)
• Complete assessments, develop IEP goals, and track progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings as needed, providing professional input
• Adapt sessions for remote or onsite service as assigned
