Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid SLP CA Credentials
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in schools or teletherapy
- Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and set measurable goals for students
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate results with educational teams and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize student outcomes
