Key Qualifications:

  • Current and valid SLP CA Credentials
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, ideally in schools or teletherapy
  • Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and set measurable goals for students
  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate results with educational teams and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize student outcomes
  • Stay current with best practices in pediatric speech-language therapy and school-based service delivery
