Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm welcome and assist them with their luggage.

- Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are comfortable and have everything they need.
- Assist with the check-in and check-out process at the front desk as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, maintaining high standards of guest relations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Perform night audit duties when required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
