Assistant Manager

Vocelli Pizza in Robinson Twp is looking for an Assistant Manager/ Shift Manager. You would be responsible for the day to day operations of the store when the GM or Owner is not there, and assisting them while they are present. We have owned and operated this location for over 20 years. We are experienced owners who know how to run a store and put a good crew together. We are family owned and operated and treat our employees like family as well.

If you CAN'T stretch pizza dough please DO NOT APPLY!! You must be an excellent pizza maker first and foremost and be able to work in a busy and sometimes stressful environment. Food quality is a huge deal for us! The store is pretty busy so you must be able to work in a busy kitchen and be able to multi-task.

We are looking for a long time employee, there is room to grow in this role, as we always try to promote from within. We want someone who is well versed in the pizza industry and looking for a new store and a fresh start. Shifts would be evenings mostly usually 4-11 or 4-12 with some day shifts available on weekends. Hours will range from 35-40 hours per week. This can also be a part time shift manager position if you are looking for less hours (20-25 hours)But weekends are a must as they are the busiest times of the week.

Requirements

-must be able to stretch hand tossed dough

-Must be RELIABLE!!! Not late no frequent call offs

-at least 1 year pizza shop experience/management a plus

-Reliable vehicle/ reasonable commute

-weekend availability a must, especially Sundays
