Overview:
Join our team as a Production Team Lead! In this role, you'll work alongside adults with developmental disabilities in our production and light manufacturing environment, helping them develop vocational skills while ensuring quality work for our customers.

Preferred Skills:
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, distribution, or assembly experience
- Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) experience
- Experience supervising, training, coaching, or leading others
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus, but not required—we provide training.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily production assignments to maximize efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Train and coach employees on production tasks and safe work practices.
- Monitor product quality and ensure customer specifications are met.
- Track employee productivity and progress toward vocational goals.
- Encourage independence while providing support and guidance as needed.
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
- Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or similar experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math and organizational skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and support others.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the workday.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
