Location: 2200 W. Broad St. Columbus, OH 43223
Shift: Friday, 3:00pm - 9:00pm, Saturday & Sunday. 7:30am-4:00pm

FLSA: Nonexempt
The custodial supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of a behavioral healthcare hospital.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Act as point of contact for customer and ensure that all requests are addressed promptly.
Maintain regular communication with customer and manager to keep all parties informed on site updates, progress,issues or concerns.
Schedule staff and assure adequate coverage for site duties
Follow the daily job routine in the order it is outlined.
Use the correct step by step procedure for each cleaning task.
Follow manufacturer's recommendations for use of all cleaning solutions and equipment.
Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment.
Assigns tasks to workers and inspects completed work for conformance to standards.
Maintain, order and issue supplies and equipment including inventory of needed supplies.
Maintain all equipment, supplies, or supply rooms in and orderly fashion.
Resolves workers' problems or refers matters toManager.
Submits requests for repair of equipment toManager.
Assist in performing duties of workers supervised.
Ensure a level of cleanliness which meets the quality expectations of the customer.
Always interact with fellow employees and public caretaker in a courteous and friendly manner.
Contributes information for employees' annual reviews as requested.
Performs and completes payroll as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two years related experience and/or training preferred. Some lawncare and floor care experience is strongly preferred.
- Must have a driver's license with no more than 4points.
- Must have current driving insurance in compliance with Ohio law.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by site.
- Mustreceive TB test upon hire and receive annual flu vaccine.
- Must have strong communication skills to coordinate customer needs and expectations and supervise staff.
