We are a private rehabilitation and counseling company based in the Greater New Orleans area is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of medical records
- Perform vocational assessments and analyses
- Administer and interpret vocational testing
- Develop detailed and accurate life care plans
- Conduct labor market and life care planning research
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to support case development
Qualifications:
- Required: Eligibility for CRC, LRC, and CLCP. Preferred: Active CRC, LRC, and/or CLCP certification.
- Background in vocational rehabilitation, counseling, or related healthcare/rehabilitation field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases with attention to detail
