Shift Requirements: 2-12 hours shifts 1830-0700 and 2-8 hour shift 1430-2300 or 2245-064512 hour shifts receive 30 minute unpaid and two paid 15 minute breaks8 hour shifts receive two paid 15 minute breaks-no lunch breakFloat Requirements: May float to Admissions (Acute Psych) if neededOn call/Call Back: NoneWeekends: Every 3rd weekendHolidays: Will work if it lands on their scheduled shift. Required certs to be attached upon submittal: WI RN License and BLS. CPI helpful, but not required. Minimum experience: 2 years in SNF/LTC.EMR: Matrix Care - not required.
