Inventory Manager at Village Hoboken Dispensary will manage inventory and menu, handling incoming deliveries, monitoring product expirations, tracking movement, ensuring regulatory compliance. Primary duties encompass reconciling state seed-to-sale tracking, conducting physical audits and reporting, and managing vendor coordination.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance by entering accurate seed-to-sale data into state tracking systems in Metrc and Dutchie.
- Auditing & Reconciling: Perform regular cycle counts along with daily and weekly reconciliations to address stock discrepancies. As well as monthly Inventory Counts.
- Stock & Vault Control: Manage incoming shipments, safeguard vault inventory, and restock the sales floor.
- Vendor Relations: Evaluate suppliers, verify physical shipments against incoming manifests, and oversee product returns and waste disposal.
- Expirations and Defects: Oversee the reporting and compliant disposal of defective or expired products.
Job Requirements:
· Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
· 1 years management experience required
· 2 years of cannabis retail experience required
· Must be 21 years of age
· Must possess a valid license or state ID
· Must be available to work varied hours and/or days, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Qualifications: Bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds by themselves and 75 pounds with a buddy, ability to be on standing or sitting for long periods of time.
