Qualifications Include
- License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New York.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an RN or LPN in home healthcare or Medical/Surgical program such as critical care, ER, Wound care and similar types of specialties.
- Ability to assess and respond to the needs of patients and families in the home setting.
- Professional liability insurance in the amount specified by VNSW.
- Ability to utilize industry technology such as a tablet when in the field with patients.
- Experience with Oasis assessments is preferred.
- Ability to drive with automobile in good working condition and available for use in the field.
