Job Responsibilities
- Practice independently as part of an interdisciplinary care team in the community
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine needs and develop treatment plans
- Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy to patients in their homes or care facilities
- Regularly evaluate evolving patient needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
Minimum one-year physical therapy experience or successful completion of a probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State
Compensation Range per Visit
$70- $75 per visit for areas outside Bronx
$90 - $95 per visit for Bronx
